Your First Steps
Your first steps on the road to better health

Please complete and email us your paperwork before your consultation.

Every experience you have ever had since you were conceived is recorded in your body. The sum total of all these events (stresses) has brought you to this present moment. We realize that you may be consulting us because your body is experiencing some "bad weather". Your health history helps us understand your "climate".
Step One: Meet the Doctor and Free Consultation
Before your visit, Dr. Rhodes will review your history carefully. Then, you will meet with Dr. Rhodes for a free 30-minute consultation visit and discuss your health concerns and goals. He will explain the basic concepts of chiropractic and handle any questions and concerns you may have. If we do not think we can help you, we will do whatever possible to find someone that can. Sound fair? After a detailed assessment of your situation, we may perform a specific chiropractic adjustment to get you going in the right direction.

Step Two: Discussion of History and Deep Dive Examination
Oftentimes, the body signals prompting us to consult the chiropractor have deep roots. The stresses of life, good and bad, always occupy the nerves system, and sometimes overwhelm it. The resultant vertebral subluxations will be the focus of our attention. Dr. Rhodes will then conduct a complete chiropractic evaluation to determine exactly what’s going on and how he can help you. This visit will be 30 minutes and an adjustment is usually performed during this time as well.

Step Three: Report of Findings
Dr. Rhodes will study your results, prepare a report, and explain his findings and recommendations so you can make an informed decision about the level of care you choose to receive. It is a good idea to bring a family member or loved one to your report visit because another set of ears can help you follow through on the course of care you select and maximize your results.
You will get answers to the four questions most people have when seeking help for a health concern:
1. What is going on?
2. Can you help?
3. How long will it take?
4. How much will it cost?
